Happy Halloween!

Jordan couldn't wait to be Ariel this year ("the human with legs - not the tail"). She found this costume on Pinterest when we were looking for some Halloween ideas - so of course, this one is handmade vs. the equally cute store bought version. Oh well - this one has a lot of love put into it. Jordan just loved it the moment she put it on and danced and danced all over our bedroom. She specifically requested "red hair" and surprisingly wore it throughout most of the Halloween party, all day at school today and all night tonight (including a pre-party before Trick-or-Treating). Pretty impressive for a scratchy wig - guess it meant a lot to her)
Can you tell she loves the costume??? She stared in the mirror for at least 10 minutes.

Peyton - our little duck. She loves ducks and loves to Quack so this seemed fitting. She was pretty excited about it.

Jordan with all of our pumpkins....can you guess whose is whose?

Cutest little Ariel and Duck in Cincinnati! Jordan looks pretty cute with red hair - doesn't she?

Feet totally make the outfit. Her little waddle was pretty cute.

Prince Eric with his Ariel....so cute.

A little kiss for the prince.

Bubble bath for the rubber ducky! (Not the most practical for getting around, but Peyton loved the balloons)

Fisherwoman and Dr. with the girls

Look at this crew - so cute! Ariel, Peter Pan, Prince Eric, Doctor, Fairy Godmother and a Hot Dog!

Best friends forever. I told Jordan they had cute matching hair. She informed me that they didn't match. Caitlins is orange and hers is red. I stand corrected.

Jordan wanted to bob for apples more than anything for her Halloween party. So - we brought in the water table and let her have at it. I think she was the only one to actually put her face in the water. She even got an apple with her teeth. Peyton was pretty happy just picking one up with her hands.

Watching the magic Halloween capsules grow!

Checking out Jordan's loot! Peyton dove right in and Jordan was more willing to share than I would have thought. I guess she knows Peyton still had a whole basket full.

Peyton's favorite part was filling up the pumpkin and dumping out.

She got pretty smart and went to the bowl we were using to pass out candy to the other kids and then transfered the candy into her pumpkin. She had it totally emptied before we knew it!
