Happy 7 Months to Lucy!

7 Month Stats:

15 lbs. 13 oz. (30%)

Lucy is just loving that she is 7 months old. She can sit up all by herself now and even scoot forward on her belly. She knows what toy she wants and will do any sort of moving to get it. She rolls, scoots, wiggles, swings her arms - anything until she gets it. Lucy learned a new trick this month, she can now wave when you wave to her. We all find this very cute, but Lucy thinks it is just the best. She loves having all of us smiling and clapping at her. 

Lucy has grown from less than 3% all the way to 30%. At 7 months and 15 lbs 13oz she is now bigger than Peyton was when she turned 1! Lucy really likes her new solid food. She loves all of her fruits and most of her veggies. She even tried meat this month (turkey and chicken) but isn't loving that quite as much. Her favorites are still sweet potatoes and carrots and peaches. She loves orange foods! Lucy is down to just 4-5 bottles a day! YAY! (Mommy is super happy about that). She is also sleeping through the night consistently.

Mommy went a little crazy with the 7 month pictures below, but with a cute subject, it was hard to resist. 

Nature hike in the woods. Lucy loves the Baby Bjorn. She kicks her legs and giggles the entire time. 

Eating some "solid" food is one of her favorite times of the day. She gets mad if you don't scoop it in her mouth fast enough. 

Sitting in a big girl bath all by herself! No more bath seat for miss Lucy. She loves the new freedom!
