Lucy is 4 Months!

At 4 months old, Lucy is starting to have a little personality. She loves to giggle, coo, and laugh - especially at her big sisters. Just don't get too crazy with her or play peek-a-boo too much because she
is easily scared and will let you know it! This month Lucy has gotten to explore the world so much more. She loves to "sit' up - either in the Bumbo or the office, so she can really see the world (and watch Jordan and Peyton). She can roll over both ways now and is starting to really reach for and play with her toys. She has also gotten to go swimming a few times and really enjoys the water just like her sisters. Lucy sleeps 10-11 hours most nights but has the occasional 4:00am wake-up where she is soooooooo hungry. Daddy will try the pacifier and she is quick to let him know she is not fooled. That is not the real thing! She is eating 5 oz. bottles about 7 times a day and her last bottle before bed is at least 8 oz. We can't believe she can hold all of that in her little tummy, but she eats and eats until she passes out (hopefully for 11 hours). She needs all of that milk to keep climbing up the charts. She is now in the 7th percentile for weight (just shy of 12 lbs.) and the 10th for height. We have loved watching her grow in her 4th month and can't wait to see what Month 5 brings us!

Lucy has just discovered her "office" and already likes going to work for a few minutes each day.

Saturday morning Bagels is a favorite thing to do for Jordan and Peyton and Lucy has started to like it too! Just hanging out with her big sisters is so much fun!

This is what I look like after sleeping 11 hours straight! I am all smiles and so is Mommy!
